Further, we meet with the owners employees and offer them the same treatment, in essence, as the business owner by offering financial analysis' on their own lives.

One niche that Clinton Brown Financial has become a leader in is that of Defined Benefit pension plans. We help companies determine whether a plan should stay alive, be frozen, or be closed down. If they choose to close down the plan, we walk them and their employees through the process and help them settle the assets into a variety of options. Specifically, we encourage those companies that are shutting down their pension plans to consider establishing a 401k plan so that the assets can move to each individual employee's 401k account. Once this has happened, Clinton Brown Financial continues to monitor, educate, and evaluate the 401k plan as the agent on the plan
